Datuk Adillah binti Ahmad Nordin
Independent Non-Executive Chairperson
Datuk Adillah was appointed as our Independent Non-Executive Chairperson on 21 March 2025. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 1992. She was admitted as a barrister-at-law in Middle Temple, United Kingdom in 1993 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the same year. She sat on the board of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board from 2019 until 2023 and has been reappointed since July 2025.
She started her career as a Legal Assistant with Messrs Nordin & Phua in 1994. She subsequently set up her own private legal practice, Messrs Adillah A. Nordin in 2002 and had been principally involved in the practice area of civil litigation and banking litigation for banks and corporations whereby several cases handled by Datuk Adillah were reported in various Malaysian Law Journals. In addition, she handled corporate and commercial matters involving several state agencies including joint ventures, privatisations, business collaborations and partnerships.
She served as the Independent Non-Executive Director of Ornapaper Berhad from 2002 to 2023, a public listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Since July 2025, she has been appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Director of Takaful Ikhlas General Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of MNRB Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
Ang Kwee Peng
Managing Director
Ang Kwee Peng is our Managing Director as well as a promoter and substantial shareholder of the Group. He has extensive experience in property investment and business management and is also a director and shareholder of Senma Sdn Bhd and A&F Asset, both of which are investment holding and property companies. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of BMS Holdings Berhad.
Lee Kok Chuan
Executive Director
Lee Kok Chuan is our Executive Director, co-promoter, and substantial shareholder of the Group. He brings many years of experience in the building materials and retail business and has been actively involved in shaping the Group’s growth and expansion. In addition to his role at BMS Holdings, he is a shareholder of Senma Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in property investment.
Tan Lay Beng
Independent Non-Executive Director
Tan Lay Beng is our Independent Non-Executive Director. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Fellow of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has over 30 years of experience in taxation and advisory, having served as a Senior Consultant with Price Waterhouse Tax Services before founding and managing Tee Tax Services Sdn Bhd for two decades. She currently serves as an Independent Director in several public-listed companies, including Power Root Berhad, AME Elite Consortium Berhad, and Solid Automotive Berhad.
Khoo Wah Sun
Independent Non-Executive Director
Khoo Wah Sun is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Business Administration) from the University of Malaya in 1973 and is a seasoned banker with more than 40 years of experience. He began his career at Bank Pertanian Malaysia and later served in leadership roles with Malaysian Industrial Development Finance, Chung Khiaw Bank, and United Overseas Bank (UOB). He retired in 2016 after holding senior positions including Head of Commercial Banking in UOB Thailand and Head of Global Business Development and FDI Advisory in UOB Malaysia.
Kok Kwee Chee
Independent Non-Executive Director
Kok Kwee Chee is our Independent Non-Executive Director. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malaya in 2005 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2006. She has over 15 years of legal experience, having served as Partner in several firms before establishing her own practice, Messrs Choo & K.C. Kok, where she is currently Senior Partner. Her practice covers conveyancing, corporate restructuring, commercial law, and litigation matters.
